The technical basis of a website is invisible in the background, but still extremely important. The internet has to be fast and does not accept waiting. Even with broadband access, the response time  is still an important factor. Loading times for and delivery of dynamic content are still a factor on the Internet. In addition, why not addressing customers with a slower connection. Perhaps they are just surfing from a slow hotspot.

There are many system environments for programming websites. If you inspect websites you will find good and bad internet sites on almost all systems. I know different systems and finally decided to specialize on PHP. This environment is the basis for a wide range of smaller and larger systems. Many CMS have emerged on this basis and the system has matured over the years. A work environment with Apache, MySQL and PHP will work for many different tasks and practically all services providers offer a wide range of standardized server and hosting environments. This makes it easy to find a suitable and cheap hosting.
